The under 16 football team had their final trip of the year to Fleetwood Town’s training ground Poolfoot farm this week, to compete in the Lancashire school games U16 boy’s ability counts football league. We played five games putting up a great fight in them all, our best result was a thrilling 3-3 draw which included a last-minute equaliser. The team did fantastic to finish 4th overall out of 7 teams a massive improvement on last year. They all put so much effort into the games that 6 out of 9 of them fell asleep on the way home! Well done everyone.
