The under 14’s had a fantastic trip to Fleetwood Town’s training ground Poolfoot farm this week.  It was the second round of fixtures in the Lancashire School Games U14 Ability Counts Football League. The day started fantastically with a 4-2 victory followed by an amazing 12-2 win. Unfortunately, we slipped up in the next game losing 8-2 in very warm temperatures in Fleetwood. In the final game before lunch we earnt a hard fought 6-4 win. After lunch we managed to grind out a very difficult 2-0 win before finishing the day with a comfortable 8-3 victory. It was a brilliant day where we scored 40 goals, winning 5 out of 6 matches. This currently leaves us 2nd in the table going into our final round of fixtures in June.

Well done everyone!
