The theme of this year's Mental Health and Wellbeing week is anxiety. To celebrate this, some of our FE students took part in a yoga and meditation morning. We followed a relaxing yoga flow which everyone engaged with really well. Some of the movements were more difficult than others but with some determination and concentration, everyone moved their bodies mindfully and enjoyed trying something new. We took some time in the resting pose 'Savasana' and were then led in a guided meditation by a staff member so that we could finish the session feeling as relaxed and content as possible. It was a really lovely way to spend a morning!
