Healthy Lifestyles Week
 
 
This week is Healthy Lifestyles week. All learners across the school are taking part in additional sessions to promote healthy eating,  improving general fitness and wellbeing and learning how to be a more sustainable as a community. On Monday, Key Stage 4 pupils attended a local gym, where we are fortunate to have exclusive use for Leisure lessons.  Pupils are learning how to access fitness equipment safely and the effect of exercise has on their bodies.
