Research and Development

We recognise the importance of ensuring your practice keeps pace with the changing needs of our pupil and student populations. We also understand that taking time out from your daily role to reflect on your practice and learn alongside colleagues from other settings can create new ideas whilst also developing the knowledge and skills that will inform your future practice.

Whether you work in a mainstream or specialist school setting, our aim is to support individuals working in these fields through the delivery of locally-based, high quality, cost effective professional development opportunities and each course offers the opportunity to reflect on your current practice, challenge your existing knowledge and skills and collaborate in your learning alongside other individuals working in education.
