In the real world we protect our children. So why not keep them safe online? Many people, including young children are users of the internet. Having access to online information and the functionality that the internet can offer has many benefits and for most it plays an important part of our everyday lives. As a school, we have policies in place to ensure your children are learning in a safe and secure environment which includes being safe online. However, as technology moves on at such a pace, we recognise that as parents it is difficult to keep up with new trends and developments, particularly with regard to mobile devices/games technology and safe accessibility to online material.

Parent Info is a free service for schools delivered through a collaboration between Parent Zone, which has been providing information and support to parents for a decade, and CEOP, the Child Exploitation and Online Protection command of the National Crime Agency. Below you’ll find a collection of articles, tips, expert advice and resources designed to help you as parents/carers to keep up with what your children are doing on-line. Elsewhere on this page you will also find information and links which will direct you to resources to help you and your children be aware of the potential problems associated with using the internet and modern technologies
